Real Pythagorean tuned 432hz is by its capacity natural to the scales of everything, good and evil, light and dark . They are dumbing down the world with a corrupted Nazi ideal. Makes my eyes less tired and seems to temporarily alter my vision for the better. if I listen to at lunch time. At night, it makes my forehead itch madly after a few minutes, very annoying. Combination of hyaluronic acid and retinol cream with a tiny smear of coconut oil makes it stop so all good as I use that combination in the evening anyway against dry skin. it's just now I I use it a little earlier instead of right before bed. After that? I like the deep pitch, it's just become my new favourite sleep sound. TYVM for posting it, I've slept wonderfully the past few nights.

Tried listening to this for the first time after I took a Benadryl (for allergies and to help me sleep) and idk if it’s just me but I still couldn’t sleep. The trippy part was I was tossing and turning trying to focus on the music and felt like I either did sleep for 30 mins or spaced out that felt like sleep if that makes any sense. It’s not the first time I had that weird am I sleeping or spacing out feeling while trying to sleep. But after what was 30 mins I “woke” up feeling energetic? Or not necessarily energetic but maybe even more awake than I felt while laying down trying to sleep lol. I hope I made some kind of sense cause hopefully someone can explain it 😪

I don't even know what to say but I'm just amazed by my breath,the life energy!A little over a week ago,I just felt like I miss classical music then I started listening to Beethoven's best every morning, preparing for work. I'm 32 by the way,then yesterday on my IG saw a Bashar feed then today,bam!when I get on you tube...I should mention that 2 weeks ago, started this intentional breathing just before bed and in the morning. My connection to my breath is deepening and I'm excited😊🎉
